Create and manage listings

Create a listing

• Add title, description, bedrooms, baths, beds, max guests, city, region, and country. Add map coordinates when you want a pin.
• Upload photos. Set a cover image and sort order for the gallery.
• List amenities, house rules, check-in and check-out times, and whether pets are allowed.

Turn a listing on or off

• Open the listing (or the Listings page). Use Taking bookings. It saves as soon as you pick.
• Off — guests cannot book on your website or on Find a Place. Calendar and past stays stay in Admin.
• On — your website only — guests book on your host site. The stay is hidden from Find a Place.
• On — website + Find a Place — guests can book on your site and on the Yall Come Back marketplace.
• A listing is not on until you pick one of the On options. Saving title, photos, or rates does not turn bookings on.
• You must confirm your email before you turn bookings on. Open the link in the signup email, or resend it from Account → Login and security.

Guest experience on the listing

• Photo gallery and key facts (guests, beds, baths).
• Map section “Where you will be”. Guests see the city. A map pin shows when you set coordinates. Exact address is shared after booking.
• Meet your host and Things to know (rules, safety items, cancellation policy).
• Share and Save (heart) for guests on their device.

Policies and messages on the listing

Under the listing Cancellation tab, set short-stay and long-stay cancellation policies and any optional non-refundable discount. Under the Messages tab, set auto message templates. See the dedicated help articles for those topics.

Fridge magnets

• Open Fridge magnet on a listing under Admin → Listings.
• Before you print, choose where the QR code opens: your website (you own the guest) or Yall Come Back marketplace.
• Set your website under Brand & website so the host option uses your real domain.
