Pricing and seasons

Base rate and fees

• Nightly rate — Default price per night outside seasons.
• Cleaning fee — Usually a flat amount per stay.
• Pet fee — Choose per stay (flat) or per pet (amount × pet count). Set a max number of dogs/pets when pets are allowed.
• Deposit percent — Share of the stay total collected as a hold (see Payments and deposits).

Seasonal windows

• Define date ranges with a different nightly rate and optional minimum nights for peak periods.
• Quotes pick the correct rate for each night of the stay from those windows.

Taxes and disclaimers

• Tax lines are set at the host level for all listings under you, not per property. See Taxes for hosts.
• Host disclaimer language (property or host default) can be accepted by the guest at booking.

What guests see

The booking widget breaks down nights, fees, taxes, total, and deposit before the guest submits a request. Keep rates and seasons accurate so the quote matches what you expect to collect.
